Student Information System (SIS) ledger detail is now available in UNI Works. SIS detail includes scholarships and student ubill charges.

2 options to view SIS detail

Run Report
Link within Statement of Account

Option 1

In UNI Works, search for UNI SIS Ledger Detail. Select prompts to query specific data.

Option 2

After you drill to Statement of Account as shown in the above snip, you may find the drill to SIS ledger detail on either the Month-to-Date or Year-to-Date amounts within Statement of Account. These drill to drop downs are available on both the summary roll-up level and the individual account level. Please see examples in the snips below.

Data provided from the Statement of Account drill to SIS ledger detail will tie directly to the SIS transactions in the amount you drilled from. Therefore, if you want to pull data from multiple ledger accounts or a unique date range, use the run report option #1.
