Overview

This process is used to update your work space address in UNI Works. Your work space should be the main office address where your mail is delivered and not your private office within the department. If the address is not in the list, email hris-support@uni.edu to have it added.

Update Work Space

Step 1: Using the search bar, type Change My Work Space and select the task. 

Step 2: In the Effective Date field, type or click the calendar icon to select the date the change will take effect.

Support

The date cannot be a future date for the Effective Date field.

Step 3: In the Work Space field, click the menu icon and search Work Spaces by Building to select the building and room number.

Type the mail code in the Work Space field to limit the results.

If the address you are looking for is not listed, please email hris-support@uni.edu.

Step 4: Click the Submit button.

What Happens Next

A notification will show in My Tasks > Archive that shows an Overall Status of In Progress. This will change to Successfully Completed when the approval process has finished.
