This process is used to edit your dependent(s) information.

Edit Dependent
Step 1: Click the Profile icon (1a), then click the View Profile button (1b).
Step 2: Click on Benefits.
Step 3: Click on the My Dependents tab.
Step 4: Next to the dependent you would like to edit, click the Edit button.
Step 5: Review the instructions carefully.
Step 6: In the Effective Date & Reason section, click the pencil icon to edit.
Step 7: In the Effective Date field, type or click the calendar icon to select the date the change will take effect.
Step 8: In the Reason field, click the menu icon and select Change Dependent. Select the appropriate reason.
Step 9: Click the checkmark icon to save.
Step 10: In the section you'd like to update, click the pencil icon to edit.
Step 11: Once a change is made, click the checkmark icon to save.
Step 12: Once completed with all edits, click the Submit button.
