Overview

The Report No Show transaction is used when the new hire has not reported to work. Use with caution! Reporting a no show rescinds the entire hire process and you cannot undo the task once it's submitted. To change the hire date, please review the Correct Worker Start Date Job Aid.

No Show

Step 1: Using the search bar, type the name of the employee and click the employee’s name to open the employee’s profile.

Step 2: From the employee’s profile, click Actions > Job Change > Report No Show.

Step 3: In the Are you sure this worker is a no show? field, click the check box.

Step 4: In the Comment field, type any supporting information.

Step 5: Click the Submit button.

What Happens Next

The no show routes to the HR Partner for review and completion. If the no show is approved, the new hire will be terminated from the system. You can view the status of the business process at any time by clicking on My Tasks > Archive > Process.
