Job Aid for all Employees
Last Updated: Oct 3, 2025
For more information about this job aid, please contact hrs-employment@uni.edu.
Overview
UNI Works allows employees to easily search for and apply to faculty and staff jobs that have been posted on the internal career site. The internal career site is to be used by those who are currently employed at UNI. This includes student employees and graduate assistants who are applying for a faculty or staff position to begin post-graduation. To prepare for new career opportunities, it is best practice to update your Talent Profile with skills that align to future opportunities. UNI Works will automatically pull information from your Talent Profile into a job application, should you desire to apply. Review the Talent & Career Profile job aid for more details on updating your Talent Profile.
