Overview
All new hires are required to complete a Form I-9 as part of their onboarding tasks in UNI Works. Federal regulations require that section 1 of the Form I-9 is completed no later than your first day of employment.
If you are not a U.S. Citizen, in addition to completing the Form I-9, you will also need to meet with payroll accounting staff to determine appropriate taxation of your income. Please contact intlpayroll@uni.edu to arrange for that meeting. If you would also like assistance in completing this Form I-9, they can also serve as a preparer or translator to assist you with this.
Complete I-9
Step 1: Click the My Tasks icon (Step 1a), then click the Complete Form I-9 task (Step 1b).
