Overview
This job aid will assist you in viewing various elements of an employee’s worker information in UNI Works.
View Worker Information
Step 1: Using the search bar, type the name of the employee and click the name to open the employee’s profile.
Step 2: From the employee’s profile, click on Job.
Step 3: Click each tab to view individual elements concerning an employee’s employment record.
Job Tab Option | Option Description |
|---|---|
Job Details | Position details, FTE, location, dates of service, and contact information. |
Employment Data | Position details, length of service, and compensation information. |
Service Dates | Hire date(s), continuous service date(s), benefits-eligible service date(s), length of service, merit increase date(s) (if applicable) and merit seniority date(s) (if applicable). |
Manager History | Managers for which the employee has worked. |
Management Chain | Shows the hierarchy for the management chain |
Organizations | Shows the organization the employee works for as well as the organization type and sub-type |
Job History | Shows the details of positions the employee has held |
Worker History | A list of business processes that have been completed or are in the process of being completed for the employee. |
View Worker History by Category | To access: Click Worker History, then click the View Worker History by Category button. Shows all UNI Works transactions for an employee. In addition, for employees hired prior to July 1, 2024, the Staffing and Compensation History from Prior System tab lists historical data from the legacy system. |
