Ensuring all graded items are posted
When something is graded, but not posted, not only is that grade not shared with the student, the student might also be seeing a different overall grade than you are seeing in the gradebook.
To ensure all graded items are posted correctly.
Go to the Gradebook and click on the Overview tab
Under Needs posting, check to see if any graded items have not been posted. If this area is blank, then there is nothing to post. If anything shows up, it is an item that has been graded, but still needs to be posted. To Post the grade, click Post now.
