Do it yourself: Correcting the automatic closed captions in Panopto
Panopto now automatically adds the Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR) captions to your newly created Panopto videos. If you have an older video, you have the ability to add ASR generated captions to your previously recorded Panopto sessions.
Machine-generated captions do not meet the accessibility requirements for students that require Closed Captioning for their accommodations. ASR captions need to be reviewed, revised and edited to ensure they are 100% accurate.
