How Do I Configure a Blackboard Learn Ultra Course for Panopto?

1. To configure your Blackboard Learn Ultra Course you must click the Books & Tools button found below Details & Actions label displayed on the content tab of your Ultra Course.

 

2. Then under the Books & Course Tools menu below Available Tools click the "Create or link to Panopto folder - ULTRA" text link option. 
    

Please note: Clicking the small round icon with the + symbol DOES NOT CONFIGURE your course for Panopto. It only adds link to the Course Content Outline that would allow you to click on it to configure the course for Panopto. You MUST CLICK THE TEXT LINK to configure the course for Panopto. Clicking the text link is what generates a folder on the Panopto server for the course and automatically sets the sharing permissions for all students in your course to access the folder and its contents. Once configured, clicking the small round icon with the + symbol, links to the course's Panopto folder.

 

Once your Ultra course is configured for Panopto, clicking the "Create or link to Panopto folder - ULTRA" text link option will simply take you to the course's Panopto folder.

You do not need to click the "Add folder" button upon going to the course Panopto folder, as the course folder has already been created at this point.
