Office 365 for Mac Login Instructions

Microsoft requires each user to log in to Office 365 on the Mac platform. The instructions below will guide you through the login process.

 

Important

Users are allowed 5 activations of Office. After the 6th activation, the oldest activation will automatically be deactivated.

 

1. Upon launching an Office program (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) you will be given a prompt regarding data privacy and security settings. Click Done to proceed.

 

2. Click Sign In.

 

3. Your email address (CatID@uni.edu) will be automatically populated. Enter your CatID password, then click Sign In.

 

4. After accepting the Duo Prompt you will be signed in and ready to use the Office programs.
