Importing Bookmarks or Favorites from another Web Browser
The web browsers that UNI has available come standard with tools for importing your Bookmarks, or Favorites, from one of the other browsers.
This can be quite handy in the event you wish to change from primarily using one particular web browser to a different one.
Chrome
Click on the ⋮ (three vertical dots) menu in the upper-right corner and hover over the Bookmarks option to expand your Bookmarks menu.
From this expanded menu, select the "Import bookmarks and settings..." option.
From this menu, you can select a browser to import from, and choose whether to include things like your Browsing history or Search engine preferences.
Firefox
Click on the ☰ (three horizontal, vertically-stacked lines) menu in the upper-right corner and click the Bookmarks option to open your Bookmarks menu.
From this menu, select the Manage bookmarks option at the bottom.
Alternatively, you can use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl + Shift + O.
In the Bookmarks Library that opens, pull down the "Import and Backup" menu, and select the "Import Data from Another Browser" option at the bottom.
From here, you will be prompted to select a browser to import data from.
Edge
Click on the Favorites icon, depicted with a Star overlapped by some lines depicting a list, to the right of the address bar. (Red box in image for emphasis)
Alternatively, you can use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl + Shift + O.
Within this menu, click the ⋯ (three horizontal dots) menu in the options bar along the top, and then click Import favorites.
This menu will load.
From here, you can select a browser (and particular profile, if applicable) to import your data from.
