Mobility Print: Troubleshooting
To fix common issues being able to print, try these steps:
Make sure you're connected to the eduroam network, not UNI's guest network.
If you changed your password, your old password will be remembered. See "Additional Troubleshooting Steps" below to remediate.
Verify the document being printed complies with the Printing Policy. It will be rejected by the system if it doesn't.
