Unable to log into a departmental UNI website

If you experience an issue being unable to log into a departmental website at UNI using your CatID and are able to access other UNI resources, please check the following:

1. Has your account been granted access to the website? If not, please submit a request for access using Service Hub.

2. Try a password synchronization.

3. Use a private web browser.

If none of the above help, submit a ticket using Service Hub.
