Why can't I create a Zoom meeting longer than 40 minutes?

If you are experiencing issues with time limits or shorter meeting durations you might be logged in to a free account you created at some point and not a UNI licensed account. A free Zoom "Basic" account limits meetings to 40 minutes.

Your licensed UNI Zoom account might be set to a Zoom Pro status or a Zoom Basic status. If you're meetings are being limited to 40 minutes AND you're certain you are logged in to your UNI Zoom account, then you'll need to reach out for support through a Service Hub incident to request a Zoom Pro licensed account.
