Vizio TV doesn't work on smartdevices network

A recent update to Vizio has broken some Smart TVs. The update turned off DHCP. 

This is what you have to do to fix it.

On the TV:
Step 1: Go to Settings
Step 2: Go to Network
Step 3: Go to Manual Setup
Step 4: Find the DHCP option (which has been set to off)
Step 5: Turn DHCP option on or auto and test
