Shrinking PowerPoints to PDFs to Reduce File Size

Perform these steps in the PowerPoint you wish to convert to PDF.

1. First, click on File in the top left corner.

2. Select Save As and then choose where you want the file to be saved.

3. When saving the file,  you want to save it as a PDF.  Click on the drop down arrow to the right of Save as type below the file name and select PDF (*.pdf)

4. After this, check the circle next to Minimum size (publishing online) and then click Save when you are done.
