How Do I Add My Office Hours to Blackboard's Course Calendar?
Instructors can add office hours to their course calendars. These appointments will appear automatically for students and faculty.
1. After logging into Blackboard, click on "Calendar" from the left sidebar menu. Then, click on the plus sign in the top-right corner to add office hours.
2. Select "Add Office Hours" from the dropdown menu.
3. A side menu will appear, allowing you to choose from a number of different options. You can choose to set office hours for one course, or all your courses at once. You can decide the days, times, and how often your office hours will repeat. Finally, you can add your office location and a brief description if you would like.
4. Click "Save" when you are finished.
