How to start a Zoom meeting using the web portal

This is assuming that you are the host and have already created the Zoom room at some point. 

1. Open a browser (like Chrome) and type the URL:  zoom.us  (Then click Enter on your keyboard.)

2. Click SIGN IN located in upper right area

3. Look for the Google icon and click on it:

4. Select or type your UNI email address. Click Next. (After clicking Next, you may be prompted to sign in with your CatID and also authenticate through DUO).

5. IF prompted, login with your UNI CatID credentials and go through the Multi-Factor Authentication. 

6. You should be logged in to Zoom's web portal now. Find all your scheduled meetings under the Meetings tab, left hand side

7. Hover over any of your scheduled Zoom meeting rooms for the "Start" button to appear. Click Start to start the meeting.
