Zoom Hardware
While we still highly encourage faculty and staff to take advantage of the Zoom Softphone with a UNI provided wireless headset, UNI now has expanded access to purchase Poly VVX 250 phones (4 lines). The 250 phones are the smaller version of the Poly 450 model (12 lines), which we were trying to standardize on before the chip shortage. The 250s do not support sidecars but will work well for staff without a need for more than 4 lines or hot keys.
