Google Photos

Google Photos is not considered a core service within Google Workspace.  Due to storage constraints now imposed by Google, UNI has disabled Photos in order to conserve storage usage.  People who have previously stored photos may continue to access them but are encouraged to move them to alternate storage. See Google's support article on downloading photos/videos for help with this.

In some rare cases Google may report no photos are stored when they actually exist, denying access to those photos. If this happens to you, submit a Service Hub ticket and your access will be temporarily restored so you can move the photos elsewhere.
