Signing Into Google Workspace Apps with Duo Multi-Factor Authentication

Information Technology recently implemented Duo Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) in front of the Google suite of tools. Follow these simple steps in order to successful sign in moving forward.

 

Step 1: Open your web browser of choice and enter the URL for the Google application you're wanting to use. In this case, Gmail. On the sign in page, enter your UNI email account and click Next.

 

Step 2: You'll be taken to the UNI CatID login page. Enter your information and click Login.

 

Step 3: You'll be taken to the Duo prompt. Authenticate with Duo as you typically would. Make sure to check the box for remember me for 30 days.

 

You'll be logged into the Google app that you were trying to access!
