Sometimes after logging into MyUNIverse, a login error appears that says "Login Failure: An error occurred while attempting to log you in.":

This error message appears after successfully logging into MyUNIverse, but before seeing MyUNIverse itself. If you are unable to log into MyUNIverse and see a message saying "An incorrect Username or password was specified", please contact the Service Desk for assistance.

Solutions

This error can be caused by invalid cookies or URL requests. To fix this error, you can try the following solutions:

  1. Open a private web browser and visit MyUNIverse.

  2. Clear your cookies/cache.

  3. Use a different web browser.
