Resetting UNI mobile app

There are several situations it may become necessary for someone to "reset" their mobile app.  For example if you are having issues with the app, or if you want to ensure you are on the latest release.  Resetting will clear any data the app has collected, as well as ensure  you are on the latest release of the app.  To reset the UNI mobile app, please follow these steps:

  • As shown in the image below, scroll to the bottom of the page and select settings:

  • On the settings page tap the Reset this app line and the system will verify you have the latest version. It will also ask you to verify your persona, please select Student.
