Frequently asked questions on MyUNIverse mobile app

• What are the buttons at the bottom of most of the MyUNIverse items in the mobile app?

The left and right arrows are similar to browser forward and backward buttons.  It is recommended that you not try and use these.  In systems where data is updated as a part of the application it can cause unpredictable results.  The third icon with an arrow pointing up will try and launch a browser session, this is also not recommended.  The fourth icon is a refresh button.  This should not be needed and if you encounter any errors, you should be able to re-navigate using either the hamburger menu or the slider arrow in the mobile app.  We would remove this bar from the bottom of the app if we could, but at this time the platform we are using to provide us with that option.
