How to Log into TechConnect with Entra

  1. Open up the Bomgar/BTRS/TechConnect Rep Console.

  2. Click the drop-down box below “Authenticate Using” text, and select “SAML Credentials”:

If you are currently logged in with SAML in a browser window, it should SSO you into the Rep Console without any further steps. If you aren't logged in to a browser with SAML, continue with the following steps:

  1. On the next page, type in your login credentials, making sure to use the template listed (username@uni.edu), and click the “Next” button:

  2. Enter the password for the account used on the previous page and click the “Sign in” button.

  3. On the next page, click the “Continue” button to continue to the Duo multifactor authentication system.

  4. Authenticate with Duo.

  5. Select “Yes, this is my device” if you want to keep from having to Duo Auth every time you log into this service. Select “No, other people use this device” if you do not, or if it is a shared device:

  6. Select if you want to stay signed in:

  7. You should now have successfully logged into the Bomgar Rep Console!

The Rep Console login process will leave behind a page in the browser (see below). It can be used to manually trigger the Rep Console to load if it didn't automatically. It is safe to close the window at any time.
