Forms / Form Elements

Data collected outside of default fields on the registration form (e.g., High School, Emergency Contact Information).

Opportunity

For new student recruitment, Opportunity records are created; the creation of an opportunity record triggers recruitment communications through journeys.

Sessions

Used for breakouts, presentations, discussions, or other activities within the same event.

Submission

Used to store data coming into Salesforce that needs to run through Search/Match (duplicate management) to create Contacts and Opportunities for prospective student recruitment.

Tickets / Event Items

Used to set the cost of the event by ticket type, define the sale start and end date, and track the quantity sold and net revenue.
