Collegiate Travel Planners (CTP) firmly believes successful travel programs begin with a team approach, listening to our clients, and utilizing the formidable resources of our agency to achieve success. At CTP our goal is to "exceed our customer's expectations" through every action we take.

CTP defines group travel as:

• Small groups (2-9 passengers)

  • booking for groups of this size are assisted by a dedicated CTP agent specializing in individual and small group travel.

• Large groups (10+ passengers)

  • booking for large groups are assisted by a CTP agent who specializes in group travel, including study abroad.

• Athletics teams (6+ passengers)

  • booking for large groups are assisted by a CTP agent who specializes in athletic team travel.

TRAVEL REQUEST FORM (complete one for each trip)

All requests must be submitted via the Travel Request Form.

CTP will assign an agent within 48 business hours of receipt of the request and the agent will reach out with any questions or a quote within 72 business hours of your submission of the form.
