Tickets which are unused by a traveler should always be monitored, every 30 days, by the traveler and the department. Travelers should ensure that any unused ticket is considered when planning future travel arrangements. Some airlines have a policy which would allow for a name change to another employee within the University. The latest airline policies regarding unused tickets are available here.

Since unused tickets are a traveler/department responsibility, CTP notifies the traveler of unused tickets at 90, 60 and 30 days prior to expiration.
